 Wayne R. Trotman is a financial executive and leader with over 25 years of experience in banking, FinTech, and debt capital markets. As the Founder and Managing Director of Trotman Capital Advisors, he provides strategic advisory, capital placement, and corporate credit solutions to financial institutions, corporations, and government entities. His expertise spans investment banking, debt/equity capital markets, syndicated lending, and structured finance, with a proven track record of driving growth and transforming businesses.

Throughout his distinguished career, Wayne has held key leadership roles at global financial institutions, including JPMorgan Chase, Merrill Lynch. And Fleet Boston Financial. At JPMorgan Chase, he played an instrumental role in establishing and scaling the Debt Capital Markets-Syndications business in the Mid-Atlantic region into a profitable franchise. He also successfully restructured the Mid-Cap Financial Institutions Group, transforming it into a high-performing investment banking advisory and capital markets franchise.

Beyond traditional banking, Wayne has demonstrated innovative fundraising acumen. Partnering with Brevet Capital, a specialty finance firm, he led a $500 million equity capital raise under the USCIS EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, securing investments from high-net-worth Asian individuals and institutions.

Wayne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Science from Bernard M. Baruch College and has completed executive education at Harvard University. He is FINRA licensed (Series 24, 79, 7, and 63), underscoring his deep regulatory and transactional expertise.

Victor Ferec

Chief Intelligence Officer

Victor Férec has a diverse educational background with a Master's in Mathematics, Business, and Finance from France, Ireland, and Hong Kong, a Bachelor's in Accounting from France, and certifications in AI and French teaching. His international studies have shaped his global perspective and multicultural expertise.

Victor started his career at Lynas in Malaysia and Singapore, supporting the Executive Committee in the mining sector. He then joined Syensqo in Princeton, New Jersey, where he enhanced his commercial development and financial management skills. Later, he worked as a Sales Strategist at Procter & Gamble in Paris.

Throughout his career, Victor has led merger and acquisition projects and structured project financing.
